Corn and Bean's never looked so good!

...Well their can's at least. Cause when your hungry they can look pretty darn tasty!

So I saw on Pinterest a few people were reusing tin cans. And I was inspired! It was a real quick little project that was totally free! I mean I already had the card stock on hand, as well as we had already eaten the corn and beans. ;P The time that actually took the longest was cutting the shapes, but even then it wasn't that long at all!

Now for the project!
All I did was get 2 sheets of white card stock and cut them in half, because that was the size I needed. Then I got the colored card stock I wanted and cut shapes out of them, then simply mod podged everything! Actually on the tin can I didn't even glue the card stock to the can, I just simply wrapped the card stock and glued it together.

And...VOILA! I am kinda in love with them! I put them in our "guestroom/office/craftroom" which really is just a room with a mattress and all of our junk. BUT one day we will achieve greatness! For now a room with a mattress and the prettiest pen holders!

And there you have em' folks! The first "real" office type thing or whatever you want to call it item to go into the extra room!!

Much Love, Annette!
