DIY Glitter Iphone case!

So for Christmas Brandon and I "gifted" each other with iphones! 4s only, I don't really like the 5. ANYWAYS I've been eyeing all of those cool glitter iphone cases, but just can't get myself to buy one.

For our Christmas party we played white elephant and someone put in an iPhone case, but the person who won couldn't use it so the next morning I found it in our living room. It wasn't that attractive although it was lucky brand it had a huge Indian on it. WEIRD. But since I hadn't purchased a case I've been using it. HA! And then I decided to remake it! It was pretty simple, but took me longer than it should have because I accidentally poured the wrong glitter color and that just made a HUGE mess. You can see a little bit of the yellow in the middle. Ok...So...Here we go!

-Collect your tools!
--Mod Podge
--Glitter!
--Clear Acrylic Sealer
--Brush

Basically you put Mod Podge all over the case and then pour your glitter onto it, then spray the sealer and you're done! Told ya it was simple!

I forgot to take a picture of the back with Mod Podge on it, but I did get the front. I debated on covering the front with glitter or not because it's just a weird shape. But I did, and now I don't know if I regret it or not. After I had sprayed them with the sealer I let them dry overnight, but that darn glitter keeps coming off the front cover, so I've re-coated both of the pieces, just in case. Now they will sit outside all day while I'm at work with my nakey phone!

Much love, Annette!
