This weekend was a fun one! First of all since I had to work last Saturday (I went in late after the baby shower) I got an alternate day off this week, so I got Thursday, Friday and Saturday off! How Awesome is that?!
Anyways lets see on Thursday I did homework all day long and then went shopping for my moms gift, we ended up getting her so many different things, but I didnt get a picture of it...darn. :(
Then Friday I cleaned the house from top to bottom because we were having a BBQ on Saturday for Brandon since he received his associates degree! We also painted a wall in our kitchen with chalkboard paint...I know its a fading trend but I love it! My friend Jenn and my sister came over that night to help me make some cupcakes and fruit kabobs for the BBQ.
Then Saturday was a long BUT fun one! Woke up at 7am and got ready for Brandon's graduation then after I went to HEB to get the food for the BBQ while Brandon went with his family to enjoy a drink at a local Brew Pub here called Freetail!
People started arriving around 4 and it was really fun to have our family and friends over to celebrate Brandon's accomplishments! Our friends actually stayed later than or family which we had planned on so the last people left at 3am! I didn't get to take any pictures though, I was super busy! But I know that I absolutely enjoyed myself as I know Brandon did as well! I am so very proud of Brandon because, he has stayed focused on his goal without giving up! I love him with all my heart!
