Laundry Room Goals

Since Sherry from Young House Love  and Katie from Bower Power are hosting their seasonal Pinterest Challenge, I've decided since I now have a blog, I will participate. But I am not new to the challenge, I've ooed and ahhed at all of the Pinterest Challenge projects from the last 2!

So here's what I'm gonna do...

That was the very first mood board I've ever made so no judging! But there it is, my inspiration mood board! I am not doing much but it will be much better than what I have now! I'm going with the yellow and gray tones because I love the way they look together, and I'm hoping to do a chevron pattern with the paint. Now I have one week to do this! I can do it! Here's a picture of my laundry room currently...

Hopefully the after will be better. Cross your fingers!! And I know you can't really consider it to be a laundry "room" more like a like laundry space, but its what I have to work with! My dad purchased me these brand new appliances when we first moved in and I am so grateful for them! When we lived in an apartment we always had to lug our laundry around when we went to our parents so we didn't have to pay for clean laundry! So far I'm loving it!
