Thrift Store Finds

I was itching for a project this weekend so I went out to goodwill and bought a few things...And that's all I did. No project :( womp womp I know worst blogger ever. But I can say that I did spray paint some of my purchases! I get a gold star for effort, right? So lets see the list of things I purchased are...

-Chalkboard Coasters $1.99
 I thought they were awesome and then I got to thinking how easy would they be to make! They would be cute party favors! And so inexpensive!

 -5 Picture Frames! $12.00
Im in the middle of making a frame wall inspired by younghouselove's version, they are pretty much my inspiration for everything I do in this new house of mine! I can't wait to spray paint these babies white and add them to my small collection :)

I know, I know....my wall isnt even half as great as theirs, but I'll get there in time. Just like their book says it takes time for a house to be a home. Im in the beginning of this house to home transformation, just gotta be patient!

 -Branch Wreath $1.99
Before you say anything! That thing is SO ugly I know! LOL Im in the middle or spray painting this okay, needs a few more coats though so it can be what I envision! In the younghouselove book they had one similar and they spray painted it yellow and put a mirror in it, so those are this ugly duckling's future plans to become a beautiful swan!

-Taper Candle Sconce $0.99
Again, ugly and in the middle of spray painting, Im just feeling so cheery with this super bright yellow! I still need do a coat or two more...but just for this post I decided to show the branch wreath and this for the heck of it, even if they aren't done. Am I just the sweetest girl on earth or what?! ;P

So that was my trip to the thrift store! I think it was def a success! I will be sure to post the finished looks of all this stuff! And I am getting better at blogging! It's only been 3 days since I last posted! Don't mind me I'm gonna go high five myself right now!
